Event Payment & Fees:

*A nonrefundable Booking Fee is your trip fee is to secure your event date and time only. 

* Booking Fee is non-refundable.

* Booking Fee is  applied toward event balance. 

* Upon receipt of booking fee, you will receive a confirmation of your event from our booking agent.

 * Booking Fee can be paid via check (will be given upon request) or you may send an electronic payment to us through

* Please contact us after sending in your booking fee to confirm the payment is received and we have matched the payment to your reservation. 

*Cash the day of your Event*. 

 Please have exact cash payment on hand on the day of your event. Staff does not carry change. 

We offer pony entertainment services year-round as long as the temperature is 35° degrees or warmer. If it's below 35°, events will proceed or be canceled based on road conditions, wind, wind chill, rain, hail, snow, and general safety.  Fancy Pony Parties make every effort to ensure the safety of our animals, staff, clients, and guests. In the rare case, we have to cancel our services; we will notify the client immediately.

 If we do have to cancel your, will refund you with in the 30 days. 

From May to September we only offer the one hour parties. Often its too hot for the ponies and workers. 

 We have a Couple Packages to choose from. 

 Paint-A-Pony  Parties bring an ENCHANTED interactive event to you during the summer 

weather and is only available after 4 pm.

Pony Parties are perfect for celebrations of all kinds including birthday parties, anniversaries, festivals, carnivals, school functions, kids' daycare centers, church events, non-profit organizations and even for film, print and photo

We do require a nonrefundable booking fee that is your trip fee.  This fee is included in the prices below. 

If you need to cancel the party for any reason, then only a rescheduling is acceptable. If the party is rescheduled again, on our end or yours. We again only accept rescheduling. You have the 1 year to do so from the date of your original scheduled event. 

 We now bring Cindi as the brushing pony to all our parties. She will not be used for riding. She is too little. 

 We now offer Cart Rides with Cindi and Pony Rides with Missy for Cart Rides with Cindi.

 Package # 1. 

$460.00 Pony Rides   Plus an additional $1.50 per mile, Round trip coming from Stockton CA. 

Package #2

$250.00 ( no pony rides, )  Just a pony for brushing , decorating and you can take  pictures with her.  No Pony Rides or Cart Rides) Plus an additional $1.50 per mile , Round trip coming from the barn in Stockton CA.

Package # 3. 

Weddings - Large  Events - Carriage Rides, 

$450 per hour. 

$900 for two hours, 

$1300 for 3 hours.  

Plus the additional $1.50 per mile , round trip from the barn in Stockton CA.  No pony rides. We do bring the mini horse for petting.  

This is for private events, Large Events. Quinceaneras. 

Want more time? We charge $100.00 for each additional 30 minutes.

Add "Paint a Pony" for $50.00 more.
